Americana Diner

Aye, Sara Garcia - this is Orange/West Orange, toots. And it's a diner. I know diners put all sorts of sh*t on their menus, but it doesn't always say, "Eat me." I'm an Orange boy, born and raised, the diner is a place I spent most of my days - my mom gave her entire life to waiting tables. So I know about the type like you, not just picky, but deliberately order Penne Vodka at a diner, and expect it to taste as if you just went to Belle Italia or whatever. Come on lady, or little girl! Please. Look at all the rest of the reviews, 3.2 Stars, it would be 4-5 minus these nuts like you leaving a few disturbing comments. What is it that drives you in life? What were you hoping for when you ordered a fancy Italian entree at a new diner, at least new for you? Why didn't you sprawl open your pockets a few inches more you fache brute and go to Belle Italia for that fine Italian dining you desired. This is a diner. A Jersey diner. Like the guy said below, a greasy spoon and there's only one way they need to be. The first is: They need to be open. We don't disrespect our own kind in Orange. You's maybe need to skedaddle over a few towns, maybe try this out some place in Livingston.

Horrible unflavorful food...always empty and the servers are not friendly. Never again.

Good greasy spoon

I BOUGHT THE PENNE VODKA YESTERDAY IT WAS DISGUSTING, IT DIDNT LOOK NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ASKED FOR, IT WAS RED SAUCE WHICH VODKA IT'S COLOR PINK, NO PEAS NO PROSCIUTTO. SO NASTY!! I WAS GOING TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE SINCE LAST TIME I WAS THERE THEY DID THE SAMETHING, ALL THEY TOLD ME AFTER THEY BRING ME THE PENNE WITH RED SAUCE WAS SORRY WE DIDNT HAVE THE CREAM, THEN I HAVE TO EAT WHAT YOU WANT NO WHAT I PAY FOR..?? THE LADIES ARE NICE , BUT THE KITCHEN NASTY!! AND GUESS WHERE THE ALMOST $20 DOLLARS DISH ENDED?? IN THE GARBAGE.

The food is very good they have a choice if u want to sit where the fans are or where there's no fans. There waiting are very nice and patiant
