Dirty facility, terrible customer service, and god help you if you want them to stop charging your account after your contract is up. They charge you double without telling you!

This facility is not only dirty, it is limited to what you can do. Some of the equipment is very out dated. I feel I will loose my wieght only by sweating to death since the A/C seems to never work. I went to cancel my contract b/c both my husband & I lost our jobs and they said they can't due to my contract I signed back in January 2009 that apparently is for 2 years. They also neglected to call me and tell me that after I sent the corporate office a letter. I feel this establishment is terrible and do not recommend anyone to it.

guys be very careful before you enroll here. I used to be a member in this gym and i feel that this is one of the boring places where people does not respond for any of your questions. They are good to you only at the time of joining.They will be so pleasing that you will end up taking up a 2 or 3 years contract by listening to their promises. well, i understand thats a marketing strategy. but they have to keep up their promises. thank god am out of it now.i am done with my contract and i was like waiting for it.
I even heard from my friends who stay in edison that they closed this gym there and they are not responding to them regarding their contracts and their money.
