I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. Customer service was great and I love Dr. Alice. She was very patient, helpful and explained my situation very clearly. I had a comprehensive eye exam and Dr. Alice explained every step which I was greatful for because I havent been to an eye doctor in years.The place wasnt crowded but the few people who came in to pick up their eyeglasses seemed happy with the service. Dr. Alice explained since I just turned 40 my eyes muscles arent as strong anymore. I have to return in 10 days for my new reading glasses :-(. Very thankful for my health insurance that covered the majority of everything and I only had to pay $25 for the exam, frames and lenses.
