Too many hidden fees.

A terrible complete rip off not even 1 star they deserve, useless management and corporate and hidden double charges. this place should be closed down right away. stay away from here

this place was close so it was convenient. unfortunately it sucks! they won't issue a bill. i never heard of a service refusing to issue a bill! they lock your unit day you owe. issue late fees every 7 days unpaid. will definitely put your unit up for auction after 2 months unpaid (i found this out when returning from long term trip). will charge 75 to take unit off auction. charge insurance fee whether you want it or not. isn't the building insured?? makes no sense. i found mouse feces on my box spring and mattress as well as on some other items. little moths everywhere. the main elevator breaks down all the time. they constantly bother patrons about slamming elevator doors yet fail to assist. if we don't operate the lift the way they like, they should hire an attendant! the new kid they hired is just a young punk. completely useless as far as customer service goes. they won't let you access your storage if you show up 30 minutes before closing time. lastly, they are not unknown to lock patrons inside their building after closing!! i was cleaning out unit after i had enough of the nonsense and was unable to leave. came out to stairwell and lights were all off, door locked, etc.. i came close to having to spend night there. luckily i flagged down a couple mexicans at the bar across the street. after awkward exchanges (they were far away as the barbed wire fence was also locked, plus language barrier) cops finally arrived. took hours for them to get someone out to unlock and let me out the damn building. total time trapped in stairwell about 3.5 hours. an officer informed me this was not the first time they shut down early and neglected to announce on intercom that they were locking up. terrible experience. PS. be weary of the fake reviews on this company. they are so generic and corny it's painfully obvious.

this was first place that actually had the unit they said at the price they quoted. don't know what elhorko is talking about... .

Bait and switch pricing, obnoxious staff, hidden fees --------- a nightmare.
