This facility is the best ive ever been to they are very polite and helpful also very professional ! I received my reports the next day! The office is very nice and clean, they even offer FREE coffee. My experience was GREAT.

NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE........set up your appointment at 6:30 pm, but just let you waiting there for 20 minutes like a fool,,,,,,,there's only one customer me,,,,,until i pushed the receptionist, then she excused"x-ray tech is imputing the data".......another 5 more minutes, until i showed unhappy face, then i got treated.
after the test is done,...........i finally found out Hackensack staffs, Ms. Judy, Ms. Jessica, but the lady Ms.JUDY IS EVEN WORSE , her life maybe unfortunate, but the way she answered the phone
is not corresponding with customers, is blaming customers, never wants to listen the whole experiences.....until i shut her down, and then she passed to Ms. Jessica, a little bit better in talking with people, but excuses, excuses for rushing to the meeting???? all i want to say is THE HANDLING WAY OF THE MANAGEMENT STAFFS is totally mean, never learning, listening to people's advice, just like street fighting.....then no wonder the regular workers.......I hope CEO or President can see this review, our advice is just - if the x-ray tech needs the time for dinner, they shouldn't set up the appointment at that time, then fooling customer 30 minutes with ridiculous excuses. that's the point,,,,but those management staffs are just busy for excuses????? low low low level of management staffs i have ever seen!!!
Another thing i explained to Ms. Judy is My experience of a month ago, the NJ office receptionist should direct the job application more clear, if no job, it's fine, but not call mager Phil directly, then we don't know what time he or she will be in,,,and it's already wasting one week's time, and the day after i had done the test, i asked one of the receptionist agaiin, "when can i reach your manager?" all the answer is i don't know,hiding, wierd,,,,,why this NJ office is so wierd, i kno people nowadays are scared of losing jobs, but surprised not so extreme....you can explain to whomever the way of process, who is in charge,,,,,and that's it,,,,,i just don't want people having the same wierd experiences.....but Ms. Judy, Ms. Jessica....maybe the whole company is too proud to hear anything.!!!!

I would say that this is Crapy and f...ing imaging center I visited ever, the staff is not professional.They gave me an appoitment for friday 6 pm and later they called me that your appointment is scheduled monday 9.30 pm as the Doctor is not available for friday..
I went on Monday 9.30 am, they said that your apointment is again rescheduled to 11 am as there is some F...ing delay. and the reports were also not accurate.. waste of money and time.

Terrible place. Looks crappy. Extreme delay in reports.Please DONT GO Here. The worst place for XRAY. They dont give the reports for days. Mine did not come even after a week and they expect the patients to suffer in pain without medication because they cannot generate a simple report.

I had an X-ray done two weeks ago and another just yesterday. Yesterday I was told I could have my films that day and so I waited. The woman checking-in returned to tell me the man who retrieves films is gone for the day but that I could pick them up tomorrow and that she would make sure they were ready for me. Arriving at 2pm the following day, the same woman had forgotten all about it, and decided then to call to retrieve the films. After waiting patiently for 45 minutes I went to inquire about my films. Another woman told me I needed to call ahead and that the first woman helping me went out to lunch! Needless to say I wasted my lunch hour! How frustrating!

On a lighter side, I went twice to have an x-ray both times at 5pm. Once it was very quick, the other I had to wait over an hour. I am just glad it is a walk-in center and no appointments were needed for X-rays!
