I had my shower doors done by them 6 years ago. Shortly after the lower frame started to rust. I have called them numerous times to come and replace this piece. Keith (owner) never returned my calls. Finally last year a technician was sent to inspect the frame and I was assured it would be fixed. I never heard from them again. Finally I stopped by there office several months ago and was told they were trying to find a matching color. That was the last time I spoke to Keith. The last several months I would leave at least 2 messages a week with not one return call!!! I just returned to the store to pick-up the fixture they were trying to match. I will never use or recommend this business again. They have no respect for any customers, after they have your money the could careless about the workmanship. HORRIBLE!!!
