- Terrible #212309

The staff is friendly but the communication part is not the best. I called on three lines and waited a good half hour after they answered and put me on hold and this was on one line. As for the financial part it is a managed care mill that yes must be paid according to the treatment but needs to inform the patient of their finial responsibility before they come in to the appointment. I know managed care practice get paid very little but patients deserve to be treated as people.
