Yesterday my I bought my husband the Heat Factory warms to put in his gloves while he clears the snow during the storm today and when he went to use them (they come in two packs) he could not use half of the pack on any of them because there was a hole punched in the top so they were already exposed to air and ruined. Thanks for wasting my money! What a disappointment to say the least...
