The flowers are dead and the arragement it is truly dissappointing :( and the service unprofessional. The delivery guy just dropped the package on the FLOOR and walked out :0 I called and ask to speak to a manager (Luke) and he just apologized without much interest. PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!

I walked in off the street, asked what was the most fragrant flowers they had, was pointed to a nice selection, the suggestion was no the most expensive, nor the largest and turned out to be the most wonderful and well received gift. Quick, courteous, helpful and reasonable, what else could I ask for?
