AM/PM Walk In Urgent Care Center

Just want to thank one of the former ER doctors from my favorite hospital for seeing a need to open this URGENT care facility in our congested area that we live in here in Bergen County. Being right on the Avenue with parking in rear of building and a rear entrance, this location is perfect. Thank you Dr Wesley Thek. This is the place i recommend if you want to avoid a trip to the ER. The office is clean and the staff is professional.

I went to AM/PM for the first time a few days ago and had a great experience at this particular urgent care. The staff was expedient and attentive. Though I was a walk-in and it was quite busy, I was seen within 15min of registering. The doctor who saw me took the time to understand and assess my symptoms correctly and prescribe accordingly. All in all I was extremely satisfied with the attention and efficiency at this location.

My child was sent home from school because she was coughing all morning. my wife called her regular doctor but they were swamped and had a long wait. From check in with Michelle and some paperwork, I was in a room and having hher vitals taken within minutes. I used the Keurig machine and got hot coffee while I filled out the form. I found out they were in network with my insurance and did primary care too so I decided to get some routine bloodwork done. The doctor was very professional listened to my symptoms and examined both of us and answered all my questions. We were both on my our way within 40 minutes even with a flu test for her and blood work for me! Will definitely be back. You guys are awesome! Only one suggestion, could you all put better directions on your website?

My 8 year old got hurt playing soccer - called AM/PM because they were the closest walk-in clinic. We were seen quickly, got xray done and were out of there within 30 mins. Can't beat the short wait!

The office staff is very kind and pleasant, the office itself is clean however the diagnosis is awful. I brought my 7 year old in for a strep test. Rapid came out negative. The office said they'd let me know in a day or two if the regular test came back positive. The doctor did call -- 9 DAYS later. My son should have been on antibiotics for 9 days. Not good at all. Careless. Unfortunately they can't be trusted. Be careful.
