Altman Wellness Center - Chiropractor Englewood, NJ

This guy is a total hack. I had x rays taken of my spine there. Later I showed the images to a radiologist and were told the images Mr. Altman took were inadequate. You're really better off getting a massage or seeing a physical therapist.

OMG!! I have never felt or looked so good in my entire life! Dr. Dan's weight management program is simply amazing and works just as he promised! I have also never experienced anything like Yelena's post program class on how to eat healthy and clean--you not only learn about how certain foods affect you and your health, but you also have cooking lessons--she will even go to the supermarket with you if you need her to!!! It's truly a hands on experience and Yelena is able to show you that it really isn't as difficult as it seems to eat the right way and prepare your own meals. I call these two the "dynamic duo" because without them, I would still be eating like crap, still "dieting", and not for nothing still fat.

Now, I am 15 pounds lighter (in 20 days), feel great, and am actually enjoying my kitchen (instead of storing shoes in my oven). My allergies have completely gone away naturally! I am cleansed, cleaned, energetic, and look fantastic. I owe it all to these two! Just suck it up and do the program as it is designed. You won't be sorry!!

A few years back I had a car accident which left me with constant lower back pains. For years I did not believe in chiropractic therapy and told myself that I should just live with the pain. Then a friend of mine told me about Dr. Dan Altman and his Wellness Center in Englewood. I made an appointment and was greeted with professionalism and respect. Dr. Dan answered all of my questions and explained exactly what was causing my pain and how he would use chiropractic adjustments to help me feel better. I walked through his entire facility and I must say it was very impressive. He has the most sophisticated equipment and his staff was very friendly and helpful. Needless to say, after just the first time visiting Dr. Dan my back felt immensely better. Today, I can honestly say that getting therapy from Dr. Dan Altman was the best decision I made. If you are in any pain whatsoever and your thinking of getting therapy, I highly recommend going to Dr. Dan. He is very professional and experienced.

Truly amazing chiropractor. Over my lifetime, I have seen more than 20 chiropractors. Dr. Dan is the only one who has ever "fixed" anything for me. When I came to his practice, I could barely walk. I was 2 weeks away from surgery to have some of my nerves severed so that I could function without extreme pain. After 1 treatment, I was able to walk with relatively no pain. After several treatments, I was not only able to walk but I was able to start running again, working out in the gym and hiking. Dr. Dan has a unique method of practicing that is quite different than any other chiropractor I have ever met. His professional demeanor, expert knowledge and attitude made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The way he explains what is happening with your spine and how the treatments will not only help heal the pain, but help you to achieve overall health are what I believe makes this practice "truly amazing". Thank you Dr. Dan. ps. He also specializes in weight loss, which when you think about it, makes a lot of sense since that also helps alleviate back pain.

When I was experiencing severe neck and back pain, I went to see Dr. Dan. I walked out of his office a new man. I have dealt with many chiropractors in NJ and Dr. Dan was the only one that was able to get rid of my pain for good.

Another great thing about Dr. Dan is that he is always accessible and has great office hours.
