Have never had a problem here. A bit expensive but their work has always been exactly what I wanted and the fits are very on point. They work with a lot of fashion people so they understand fit, trends, materials, etc and I have never been disappointed. I have been coming here for 4 or 5 years.

I never bother to leave reviews, but had to take a moment to share how wonderful my experiences have been in working with Chung/Alteration Concept. The quality is second to none, the customer service is top notch (literally he is my guy for all denim alterations) and the turn around is always faster than expected.
If you are looking for someone who understands selvedge denim than look no further. I was first introduced to Alteration Concept by an industry stylist who said APC uses Chung as their in-house denim guy. When I heard that I knew I was in good hands. After working with him on a number of projects I can say with full confidence that he is the best there is.

I can't speak to the quality of their work, but the man at the desk was very rude and unhelpful. He acted like I was inconveniencing him by come in for an alteration at the alteration store. Much nicer businesses in the neighborhood.
