Our family waited ten years before we had the opportunity to purchase a grand piano, so we really did our homework on which piano to purchase and where to purchase. Altenburg Piano House gave us the best price and customer service. Fred is honest, professional, knowledgeable, and takes great pride in his business. Delivery of the piano was perfect, too!

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PIANO, YOU SHOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE HIRING THESE GUYS. WE THOUGHT THAT YOU COULD TRUST THEM TO MOVE OUR PIANO. THEY SHOWED UP WITH ONLY 2 GUYS (THEY PROMISED 4) AND FRED HAD TO APOLOGIZED THAT A 3RD PERSON WAS DRUNK THE NIGHT BEFORE AND COULD NOT WORK. THEY DAMAGED OUR PIANO DURING THE MOVE. AND WHEN WE COMPLAINED, FRED HAD THE BALLS TO HANG UP ON US. THIS WILL NOT BE THE END OF THIS STORY.
FRED RESPONDED TO MY REVIEW. HE CATEGORICALLY STATED " I BLACKMAILED HIM?" IT WAS HIM WHO DARED ME TO SUE HIM. THE PIANO WAS IN GOOD CONDITION WHEN THEY PICKED IT UP. WHAT AN UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON TO DEAL WITH.
