This company does a good job with repairs but a terrible job with customer service. They seem to be doing such good business that they see no need to treat people with any measure of kindness or even respect.

Called Alpro for service, received top notch repair in a short amount of time. The customer service went above & beyond any other repair company I had used prior. I am sure to call them again next time I need service for our kitchens.

I have to use this company because of a warranted item. If I never had to call them again I would be the happiest person on earth. The service is hit or miss, and the after hour call center is a joke.
