I purchased alarm system close to a year , I paid 2,700 dollars , camera mal - Functioned in a year and then they come to my home and they want to charge 300 dollars for the camera , technicians do not understand English , management on phone unresponsive , terrible business practice , let buyer beware company is terrible

I just found out they use over spec. cameras (that means the actual resolution is way lower than what they tell you) and the DVR is using very OLD technology :( not to mention they use all made in CHINA products for my system, and the installation job looks awfull, the installers left a messy bunch of wires on top of ceiling instead of cutting it to the proper length.
