- Terrible #159266

Horribly. I requested copy of my mri and was assaulted by a staff member who refused to give her name & claimed she was the supervisor 6/30/2016 at 1621hrs.since i took her picture to report her she attempted to take my phone by force causing substantial amount of pain to my recently operated thumb ** she did that knowingly and maliciously.***

There is an empty waiting room and still be expected to wait an hour past your appointment time. Totally unacceptable.

The front office staff is completely disorganized. I moved my medical records to another facility. I invite Dr. Hussman to contact me directly (you have my contact info) so that I may share my experience.
