Alma's has a nice selection of fabrics and notions, but what makes this place special is that Alma is a master seamstress. She took my favorite dress and copied it exactly in the fabric of my choice. It took longer than expected, but for 80 dollars or so, having a beautifully tailored dress made to my exact specifications was a great treat.
