I leased a piece of equipment shortly after opening a real estate company last year. The machine was older but very heavy duty and suited for a much larger company. I explained to Chris that I only had a couple of agents and that I was uncertain about the market and whether or not the machine was too much for me. He assured me that if I couldn't pay the $250 a month, just to call him and he would pick up the machine. I paid him for 5 months but decided it wasn't working out. When I called and told him this, he threatened to sue me which he did after picking up the machine. He sued for over $7000 which was ridiculous.
Long story short, I would never work with him or his company again. When your first gut reaction to someone says he's "too slick". Listen to that voice-wish I had.
