- Terrible #111864

Extremely rude. Called for an insurance quote. A woman picked up and asked for my name. While i was spelling my name, the lady hung up on me. Comparing to other Allstate insurance brokers this lady was extremely rude. Called her again after a while and she said she is busy, this time I had to hang up.
