I am giving them two stars because even though their rate is decent and the owners Ann & George are great, the service agent that answers the phone is awful. Mee or Mii or whatever her name is, is unprofessional. She doesn't take messages, she doesn't even inquire why we are calling or the regular "is there something I can help you with" question, I mean come on! in this day and age of competition - its not that difficult to be nice and give good customer service! Ann and George, find a replacement quick or you are going to loose a lot of GOOD customers!!!
