We were massively let down by a car rental on Thanksgiving Eve and would have missed our trip if Alliance had not been so amazing. Helpful, friendly and honestly so cheap I can't imagine a company who could beat their prices. The cars are spacious and clean and they let you play your own music. Seriously, you could not ask for better service.
These guys are so good we are using them again when we go away for Christmas!!

Used this company to take me to JFK airport from Hoboken. They called me and told me the traffic was heavy and I might want to leave early, so i did. Got to the airport right on time and have used them ever since. If you don't have an appointment you might want to call about 20 minutes before you need the car because they tend to get busy, but that is expected since they are awesome.

I was recommended Alliance Taxi and glad I was. The driver was POLITE, and I capitalize the word because 95% of the time the drivers I've encountered with either are rude or can't speak English. I was taken to Newark Airport on time. Thanks Alliance Taxi

I ride with Alliance all the time. They are timely and professional. The drivers are very friendly.

UPDATE: I'm changing my review because it seems that there was just one disgruntled employee working that night. Every other person I've spoken with since then has been very courteous, and even compensatory for the bad service I received.
