Was originally skeptical due to poor reviews of service but walked in to do a size exchange. They honored an equal exchange even though I had purchased one pair on sale, and Jorge was extremely courteous and helpful in sizing me and getting one pair they did not have in stock ordered to my home. Definitely a positive experience.

The staff at the store are all bona-fide shoe experts. They are very accommodating, and the shoes are of great quality. The Cordovan is exceptional!
