All Women's Care

I found the staff friendly & patient. They answered all my questions & I felt comfortable the entire time. I would say to women that you need to be prepared emotionally before you go there. It's a women's surgical facility not a women's counseling center. The staff will be as sympathetic as they can be, so you shouldn't expect a shoulder to cry on. The facility was also clean.

Wow... This place was great!! I was sent here by my own gyn because I was having a miscarriage and it would have taken at least a week to have my surgery done at the hospital. My doctor said this place was the best and she was right. It was neat and clean and all of the staff was very professional. Unlike Stephanie, I found that everyone involved with my care was very sympathetic to my situation as well as those patients who were having abortions. I met with a counselor first and then the doctor. They explained everything to me in detail, my surgery went very smoothly and I returned for my follow-up 2 weeks later. I would highly recommend All Women's Care.

I came here because I had a miscarriage and my own doctors office referred me here for a D&C. I was not having an abortion, terminating this pregnancy was not by choice, so I believe the two situations should be treated differently. Nobody in this office was comforting to my situation nor did they seem to care about any of the other patients. I was just treated as one of their abortion patients. It seemed like an abortion factory, this was just an everyday thing to them. At one point I started to cry and instead of offering me a tissue or some words of comfort, the lady told me "Just so you know, crying will only cause bile to build up in your stomach and this can make you sick when you're under anesthesia, so you should consider saving your crying for later" When they took me in for my "consultation" AKA time to pay, they wouldn't even let my husband or my mother come and sit with me. They didn't explain anything that they were doing, they just did it and expected me to know what to do. All of the nurses were standing around talking about their personal lives, very unprofessional. While I was getting my vitals taken the two nurses were chatting about a trip to Florida one of them had just taken. I now know all about her trip.

Smaller details that made me cringe:
-They had the morning news blasting in the waiting rooms. I'm sure most people that go to this clinic are already depressed or sad about their situation, I think news is the last thing that should be playing in the office.
- I saw the ultrasound technician walking around the office with rubber gloves on, and using her phone with her rubber glove. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary
- They handed out TRASH BAGS to place our belongings in!
- In the "recovery" room they had Pitbull blasting from the radio to wake us up.
- Once in the "recovery" room they gave us a small cup of iced tea and a lollipop, gave us ten minutes to wake up, then told us to change into our clothes and walk to the front desk. I was still a bit dizzy when I woke up and they didn't even offer to help me to walk to the desk.
-The office is in the lower level of the building, AKA the basement, making it all the more creepier. Not to mention their OR is super creepy also.

I definitely will not be returning to this office, not even for my follow up visit. This place is a disgusting excuse for a women's clinic and I hope that they get shut down soon. As if going through a miscarriage in itself isn't traumatizing enough, I then had to deal with this place to make the entire experience the worst thing I've ever experienced in my life. If you're looking for a place to find some comfort in, a place that will treat you like a human being and not a money bag, RUN THE OPPOSITE WAY. This is not the place to go. These nurses and doctors need to be given a class in bedside etiquette.

This was a difficult decision for me but the staff at AWC was kind and compassionate. The place was a private doctors office and the doctor was excellent and I had not pain during or after the procedure.Highly recommend !!!!

The best - professional, caring and most of all private. I made an appointment and was treated better than any office I've ever been to. I highly recommend All Women's Care. I had a genetic problem and needed to terminate my pregnancy. My ob/gyn sent me there. She said they were the best and she was so right. Some patients were there for the abortion pill and others for a surgical procedure like me. It was pretty busy but I still had a lot of privacy. I met one on one with a counselor and the doctor and they explained the whole procedure to me. I'm sorry that "t" had such a bad experience but mine was just the opposite. My surgery went very smoothly and the whole staff was great.
