Called on a Sunday. Clogged sewer line. It was in a position where the technician said he had to do "a lot of work." Estimate $745. He was done in less than 45 minutes. Price $745, because that was the estimate. Called the office, spoke to the person answering the phone. She heard what I said, said they were a flat rate company, and then said I could speak to a manager. Manager got on the phone, I said hi, I just had a... He cut me off and said "I heard your story already and I don't want to hear about it again. Did anyone force you to agree to have the work done?" It went downhill from there. I will never use them again.

WARNING!!! WARNING!!! Hands down the WORST experience I have had customer service wise. I honestly never even write reviews but I feel obligated to warn others. They came 3 hours after the initial appointment window (Tuesday)then charged me $80 for the estimate even though the website clearly states free estimates. They also did not honor coupons on their website as they said it only applies to original prices. I still decided to go with them as I did not want my tenants to be without heat. They not only did not finish the job the first day(Wednesday) after showing up 2 hours late and taking over an hour lunch but they left my tenants without heat or water claiming there was a part that they needed and couldn't get until the next day. It was 5:30pm EST and Home Depot was less than a mile away an they were open until 10pm EST. The next day they showed up 2 hours late. They finished the job(so I thought) and charged me a addition $481 for replacing a 3 foot plastic water line. After they left, with in a few hours l had the same issue again. The utility company came out to inspect the job and told me that they had not completed the work, they were suppose to replace all of the pipes not half (even says that all pipes will be replaced on my receipt), they also were suppose to get permits from the city, they used some of the wrong material and they undersized the pipes that they installed. To add insult to injury, one of the guys used a really nice chair we had stored in the basement as a step latter, now the chair has muddy boot prints on it. Since I paid I want them to complete the rest of work. I have a contract in writing that states that I have a two year warranty on the work but they are not returning my calls or emails. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

Absolutely irresponsible... I was planning to get some oil to gas conversion and decided to give these guys a try and to get an estimate. I have schedule an appointment 3 times just to get rescheduled again. Not only do they not even bother to call and notify me of the delay but I had to call to remind them each time. 3rd time was just enough to put up with this carelessness. If they could not make the appointment, they could have given me time that works for them. I would not have to waste my time taking time off from work each time. I finally had to drop them and all they could say was we apologize all 3 times. Looks like they are not in the business of doing business. How can one trust such a business to do any work on your home. Who know what they will forget next. Better to look for someone more professional and responsible. :(

Don't ever deal with these people... they charged me $500.00 and said they fixed my plumbing... by that night I was having the same problem and they won't come back! said I have to pay again. they only went 25 feet when I could had done it myself since I have a 25 ft snake. Go with Roto Rotor since they have a 30 days warranty

I love their work the other day my son found out that the heat wasn't working and he called them at 12 am and they came asap to fix our heat. that day was about 20 degrees Celsius and no heat would be a terrible night. they are such an amazing company. the technician Alex was so sweet and nice. the next situation i will be facing i'ma go ahead and call them with no second thought.
