I had a horrible experience with this company. They took my money ( I was naive enough to give them half of the payment on my debit card), didn't fix the problem and at the end even demanded me to pay the rest. The people who run this company are so ignorant and arrogant. The owner was screaming at me on the phone and demanded the payment for services they did not perform. Luckily I called my ban and explained the situation and asked for my money back. The whole process took about 4 months. I proved that they took my money and were dishonest. They even forged the receipt and sent a copy to the bank with added information on it but they forgot that I had the original with me. They were so afraid I was gonna take them to court and obviously I was going to win no doubt about it that they decided to refund my money directly to my bank account. I still keep all the papers and correspondence from the bank and from them as a reminder of to never call any random company without doing research again. They say they are BBB but there are plenty of complaints on the website and they joined BBB only in 2013. Be aware.

My testimony of All Weeks Plumbing is that they handle everything in very professional way and do not exceed on their prices. One time I called at around 10:00 PM for a loud noise that came out of the furnace… My call was answered promptly and I was guided thru on the phone very clearly on what to do right away… Absolutely polite group of people that represent this company and my experience with All Weeks Plumbing is absolutely great!
I also want to thank Maribel, the Manager. As a customer, I feel very comfortable and pass on my recommendation to anybody in need of plumbing service in the Bergen County area.
Regards and keep doing a great job, All Weeks Plumbing!

I have to start by saying having few male contractors in your home when your a single girl living alone made me very nervouse!!! after the 1st day i was very hapy to find out that these guys were above and beyond trust worthy !! the work was being done on schedule and the instruction i mentioned at the time of the contract were followed to a T !!!!
The guys were beyond helpful with moving furtniture and making sure their shoes were covered so no dirt got on my white furniture. Also i happen to have 2 dogs and 3 cats so the idea of anyone leaving the doors open made me very cautiouse in whom i hired . I expressed this to ozzy the manager at all week plumbing & heating and my sales person Maribel whom made all the necessary adjustments and sent to my house 3 guys that were very animal friendly and took special precautions with my pets .
my AC has never ran better , my house is ice cold all summer long !!

Thank you all week you guys are amazing .

Here is my opinion. STAY AWAY from All Week Plumbing...here's why:

In the middle of winter, my Mom's boiler stopped working. Because she's elderly, a widow and naive, and because they have "these big ads right on the phone book" she contacted "All Week Plumbing" and contracted with them to replace her boiler.

They were required to get a permit from the town my Mom lives in (Union County). The boiler runs fine but the town failed the job because All Week never installed a chimney liner. In the Northern states and with the high efficiency equipment now installed, if you have what they call a "cold" chimney (3 exposed sides), it needs a liner. It's even in the installation manual from the manufacturer. In any event, these people quoted the job, installed the boiler and refused, once the town failed the job, to install a chimney liner, even though it's a requirement to pass inspection.

Ozzy...the office manager. I just got off the phone with this rather nasty man. During conversations he's had with my Mom, he's asked if she would want him to come and remove the boiler. That sure felt like extortion to me when my Mom told me about it.

All Week refuses to install the chimney liner and this is a $1,200-$1,400 extra cost that Mom just wasn't even aware of. They sent some other outfit to Mom's house who quoted her that price. Ozzy/the owner, offered $300.00 towards the job. Really! Wow, thanks guys!

They are real wise guys...exploit the ignorance of the elderly. Well, live and learn. May All Week Plumbing reap what they sow. I find it strange that this is their business model.

Be warned, in New Jersey, if you replace your furnace or boiler and have a chimney with 3 exposed sides, called a "cold" chimney, you are required to have a chimney liner. Make sure you get this in your contract with whomever you do business with. Otherwise, your town will not pass the job and the onus seems to fall on the homeowner to bare the additional (and perhaps unexpected) cost.
