I brought my newly adopted cat into All Creatures Animal Hospital because she was not eating or drinking and was in the advanced stages of Liver Failure. Dr. Geltman and his amazing team worked diligently with me to get Cassie back on the road to recovery. Dr. Geltman is super knowledgeable and compassionate. He took the time to call me back every time I had questions or concerns. He treated Cassie as if she was his own pet. After several months of intensive medical care, Cassie is showing signs of true recovery. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Geltman and his entire team of understanding techs and receptionists. I am not exxagerating when I say All Creatures Animal Hospital and Dr. Geltman saved Cassie's life.

I have been taking my pets to All Creatures for over 20 years. My experience has always been one that is caring, compassionate and competent. In response to other reviewers regarding numerous tests being performed, if our pets could talk and tell us what is wrong with them, testing would be kept to a minimum. But they don't talk so a guessing game begins and testing is the only way to find the answers.

I have dealt with specialists outside of this clinic for specific surgeries and I can tell you first hand, they charge exorbitant prices and make sure you know that they are running a business and their business comes before your pet and your pocketbook. I had one specialist tell me, "get out your credit card and max it out to give your dog this surgery". So as far as prices at All Creatures, you get what you pay for and at All Creatures knowing my pets are in competent and knowledgeable hands is worth every dollar I pay them. They also have a business to run, but you are never made to feel that their business comes before your pet.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with any member of this clinic. From their front desk, to the vet techs, to the kennel staff, to the doctor, I am always greeted with respect, kindness and compassion. Even in stressful times when my pets are sick or injured, I never forget that this staff consist of people and I never forget my manners and always return the respect I receive.

I highly recommend All Creatures.

INCOMPETENT!!! Stay away from this place if you value your pet's life! They have the technology but they lack the know-how to diagnose an illness. Are they really even doctors??!! I took my cat here when I first noticed that my cat had lost her appetite and was retching. They took x-rays but couldn't figure out what was wrong. Dr. Silverstein (ha!) said that perhaps she had eaten a piece of wood. WRONG!!!!!!!!! Dr.Silverstein's diagnosis cost my cat's life! My cat had a HEART PROBLEM!!! which I didn't know until it was too late! Had the vet, Dr Silverstein, actually known what she was doing, she couldn't prevented my cat's untimely death! Just be warned......they're a bunch of heartless thieves with questionable credentials.

I have used many vets over the years of having pets and I love Dr. Geltman at All Creatures. It was very important to me to find a vet who understood my holistic approach with feeding my dogs and treating them with any medications. The first time I went in, I was very impressed with how much time he spent with me and I never felt as if he was rushing me. He always gives me his undivided attention and takes the time to answer all my questions. He is very kind with my dogs and I highly recommend them.

woke to find my ferret foaming from the mouth & non-responsive laying on her cage floor, so i called immediately & rushed her into All Creatures for an Emergency visit. upon arrival, i spoke to the receptionist & explained it was an Emergency & she could see my ferret was near lifelessness in my hands & asked me to take a seat (7:30am). the office was fairly empty, just 2 dogs with their owners - one with a hurt paw & another there for annual shots. after sitting & waiting doing anything to keep her conscious (blowing lightly in her face & rubbing her ears) i spoke up & explained that this was not a normal visit, this was an Emergency. irritated, she went in the back & told us to wait in one of the visit rooms (7:50am). we ended up sitting in that room for over 30 minutes with not a person to even come in & check on us (8:30am). eventually i became irritated myself & went back out to the front desk to see that the waiting room was empty & realized the vet. was seeing the other dogs before us, even after i explained the urgency of our situation. again irritated & full of attitude - she assured me the vet. would be in to see us in no more than 5 minutes. we remained in that room for an additional 20 minutes before a vet. tech came in and told us he was finishing up & in 2 more minutes he would see us. well, another 15 minutes past as my ferrets breathing became virtually non existent & she was completely unconscious (9:10am). the vet. finally came through the door & examined my unconscious ferret, telling us he needed x-rays and to run tests. we said whatever you need to do to save her. after 15 minutes he came back & said it could be one of several things but he was unsure. he said he hydrated her & recommended we keep an eye on her & that if things got worse we should bring her in again & was about to send us on our way! i bluntly explained to him we were not leaving without some kind of medication & told him to make an educated guess if that was all he could do. it turns out she had an ulcer & if she went untreated she would die. thank god his educated guess happened to save her life but i was in shock about how this was handled. if i knew they handled Emergency situations like this i would've gone anywhere else to another vet. although she survived it was a terrible experience for us that convinced us to never go back to All Creatures again!
