On 4-3-16 I ordered 3 pieces from this company. On 4-4-16, they took the money from my account. As of 5-1-16 I still have not received my parts. They will not take my calls. I had to go to my bank and fill out paperwork for their fraudulently taking my money. Even the people from the Singer website have tried to resolve this issue and these people won't take their calls. They have stolen my money. Refused to answer the phone and now the Singer website has launched an investigation against this so called business. Bruce, you are a thief and a liar. Hope you are out of business soon. No one deserves to be treated the way I have been treated!

I bought a sewing machine last year at Sears, and lost my receipt. I had my credit card statement, however, showing that I bought it within the year. When I took the machine to Sears to have it serviced/replaced, they said they would have to charge me $50 just to look at it. That $50 would not come off the price of repairs.
I walked out and brought the machine to this shop. They repaired it and replaced the parts UNDER WARRANTY. I dropped the machine off on Saturday...it was ready on Monday. WOW! Small family businesses like this really know how to treat customers right. LOVE it!
