Do not use this contractor he is a thief. he started work on my property and once he received the last payment he refuses to complete the work! he has stolen my money & failed to pay the subcontractors the money owed for work they did I can provide proof!!! and I know he has done this to at least 2 other people one in Yonkers and the other on Long Island. He also uses the alias "John" and his project managers names are Roger, Abbas & Arthur. he also uses 2 other business names: Bellwether USA construction Inc. & Frontings construction Inc. and there could be others I'm not aware of. Don't make the same mistake I did. I will be filing a complaint with consumer affairs. please check with that agency before hiring these unscrupulous, thieving degenerates.
