All these horrible reviews are bullshit, I've been going here for years. Larry is amazing, Anthony is the greatest.. And for the Staff that's a whole different area.. So don't judge this company because of the staff UPSTAIRS while the BODY SHOP which you deal with are amazing people every single one of them, even the staff upstairs are great and if you do by a chance get a "bad customer service rep" it is because of how overloaded they are with business. Also, to add to the "bad customer service" you have to understand that there's TWO parts of this business, AUTO BODY WORK AND TOW TRUCKING. So if you don't have your correct information and you're nasty to them because they can't find your paperwork maybe it's because you don't get there's autobody&tow trucking.
I wouldn't take my car(s) anywhere else. I always recccomend talking to Larry, and having my friends or others go to this shop.

Our plan all along was to send to a different service station but because we were using the towing company attached to them they called and hustled me into sending my car to them. Larry, was very pushy and I felt like I was being hustled. I allowed for them to look at the car after Larry said he would agree to tow my car to my original service station ( Honda service station) later if I wanted to send to Honda. He kept saying he would be saving me a lot of money so I gave in. It took almost a WEEK to even tell us what they thought they problem was after “diagnostic tests” which he had the nerve to charge us $95 ( most stations don't change for diagnosing the problem, only fixing the problem!). He finally calls me and says the problem is a “Honda part” that only Honda could install so we would have to send it to Honda anyways! I ask if he would follow through with his word and tow our car over to Honda after he just wasted our time and money. He refused but said as a “gift” would charge us $80 to tow to Honda service. I explained to him how after a week and money lost by sending our car to them, they at least should stick to their word and tow my car to Honda. He refused. When we finally got the car to Honda we found out they used a lubricant on the spark plugs which is NOT ADVISED for our natural gas engine (ended up flooding our engine) and we had to pay an extra $700 to fix the problem they caused. We realized we ended up paying the $95 for running our car plus we were without a car for a whole week! They cost us $795 in total that we would not have otherwise paid if we just not given into their hustle. My husband called the station manager Anthony to explain the problem and he AGREED to pay back the $95 ( especially since the problem was not this so called “honda part” they diagnosed but instead the filters just needed to be replaced). Since Anthony said he would refund the $95 he called back 2 weeks after the incident and paid back the $95.

I had gotten into an accident with my truck and had some front end damage and side damage. I called my insurance company and they sent me a tow truck and towed me to Alfaro Motors, I must say they were very helpful, honest and friendly.
Anthony took care of everything for me. I'm happy that the guys at Alfaro were able to get my truck up and running. I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Larry-GREAT!!! HORRIBLE Customer Service!!! I have never been treated so poorly in my life, my car got a ticket for double parking-$115, the office staff were rude, lazy and mean. They had to call the mechanic up to "deal with" me because I wanted to pay my 2 different bills with 2 different cards because the credit cards get charged a percentage each time they are run, but then it will be the same percentage on two different cards, if that is the case it will be pretty close to the same amount that is simple math, it seemed the least they could do after the ticket. If you are working in customer service you have to deal with customers, Get over yourself. Will not recommend and actually want to tell everyone prepare to be treated like sh....
