The people at Alfa Motors are knowledgeable and the pricing is fair. They are the only shop I trust to take care of my VW.

They replaced my engine fine, so I'll give an extra star for that. But they charged an extra $500 to replace the timing belt, which they completely mess up, so I had to get it done all over again.

These guys screwed up with me twice with dangerously faulty service. First time a bolt on a new axle came loose and my wheel fell off on a road trip half-way across the country. I gave Ami another chance because I've known Alfa a long time and they were very apologetic. More recently they installed new tires and I got a flat two days later on a 500-mile trip South. Turns out the valve was faulty AND they stripped a lug nut so that we couldn't change the tire, neither could AAA. Oh, and I later discovered the tires were ridiculously marked up to almost twice the price other dealers sell them for. Ami's a likeable guy, but I've had it. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for car service.

wouldnt even take my money for his time. i wouldnt reccomend any one else in the area! he is an honest person. and very very fair prices.
that shell station.....thats the place you dont want to go to

The best service I have had in Brooklyn. They are nice, honest, and professional. They towed my car there for free (stay away from the nearby station Shell on Atlantic ave ). And I fixed my car only half of the Shell stated.
