I wouldn't give it a 1/2 star. Was there yesterday with 2 friends. The staff was wonderful, BUT what is with the owner? The jazz (and I love jazz) was blaring so we couldn't hear each other talk, much less think. I asked the waitress if she could please turn down the music a bit and she said the owner doesn't allow it - so, I asked if I could speak to the owner, who was at the bar. He informed me, rudely, that he would actually only turn the music UP. He was constantly leaving to go outside to use his cellphone - and I'm thinking because he couldn't hear inside.
The food was mediocre at best.
The three of us will never go back.
