Alexandra Dimant, Psychotherapist

I saw Ms. Dimant for several years and truly cannot say enough about her ability and skill. She provided an insightful and steadying hand through a number of personal crises. Ms. Dimant is caring and extraordinarily perceptive. Perhaps most importantly, she has a tremendous ability to cut through to the heart of an issue and eventually lead you to an epiphany that would often prove life-altering in many ways. She has a very earnest and sincere way which makes her exceedingly easy to talk with and confide in. I can honestly say that I am a far better person for the time spent under her guidance. She quite literally improved my life in innumerable ways and helped me to find contentment, and some times joy, in areas of my life that I would not have thought possible.

I saw Alexandra Dimant for a few years. She is kind, brilliant, funny, compassionate, and wise. Through my work with her, I was able to change my life -- both my day to day approach to life, and discovering and resolving some situations that were causing me a lot of pain. I highly recommend her for panic disorder and work on relationships -- your relationships with others, and your relationship with yourself. She is the most insightful therapist I have ever worked with.
