Alb's Auto Repair Shop

Alb's Auto repair shop serviced my vehicle when we were passing through New York City on our way back to the DC area and the battery indicator light came on. They checked the vehicle and showed me how they diagnosed that the alternator was bad (as we suspected). They worked on my vehicle promptly and did a good job replacing the alternator and battery and the price was fair. They even replaced one of the battery cables for which the last mechanic here in the Tyson's Corner area charged me $60 for a piece of metal ring to make the connection better but is was not an ideal solution. I am pleased Alb's Auto repair put in a sturdy cable and connector instead. Given that we were in an unfamiliar area, we were very fortunate to be near this shop when we had mechanical issues. After everone said my 94 Mercedes Benz s 500 was unfixable these guys not only fixed my car they made it run better than before and they had it done in 2days. The customer service was great asswell the guys were all so nice they explained what the problem was and how to prevent the problem from happening again thanx guys
