Best seating experience ever. You are waited on which is unique and they have top shelf liquor if you want to indulge. Drink responsabily. Unlimited leg room is a huge advantage which they provide and the table in front of you is so convenient. The best movie theater.

Horrible food service. Never received our meal, but were billed for it. Server never came to take additional orders. The staff is miserable due to the horrible ordering system. Emailed customer service but did not receive any response.

The Alamo is the only place to see a movie. Excellent food, reasonable pricing for a movie theater and a zero tolerance policy for disruptions... Enjoy a cocktail and food with your movie without dealing with the annoyances that would usually come with such an experience. Also, Alamo events are always top notch, fun experiences.

Horrible service, expensive food. Went with my wife to watch Starwars this past Saturday night and it was virtually impossible to get our servant to take our orders. To make things worse he stepped on my foot hard while delivering food to patrions near us and tried to play it off as if nothing happen didnt try to aplogise. At that point I just threw my food order away and descided not to give this establishment one more penny of my hard earned money. Do your selves a favor and stay away unless you enjoy getting upset.

This is my favorite movie theater, and in the past I have given this movie theater a five star rating. A systemic problem with this movie theater is also the best feature, the food.

The low-tech order by a card works well enough but the kitchen and wait staff must be equally low- tech, because they simply can not keep up with orders. Food for a group is often served at different times, soda refills often don't get honored. The busier the place the more likely the system is going to fail.

I recently saw star wars and this was the worst (mind you the wait staff apologize for the wait even BEFORE I ordered) drinks took until 30 mins into the movie and it took to the 1/2 point of the movie to be told they had run out of some of our food I ordered. The food wasn't served until the 3/4 point. The check came about the same time.

Alamo is still my favorite but there is a lot of work to do.
