Al's Hubcaps

This guy Al is a piece of work! He's the "Wheel Nazi." Very condescending and delusional. You walk up to his counter and hell continue doing what he was doing (usually nothing) and act as if you're not even there for minutes and minutes. His own workers hate working for him. I first went there to install new tires and Al talked me into repairing all 4 of my BMW OEM wheels that had some slight curb rash on the outer lip(not to bad) but NO bends....since that initial repair they have NOT been the same since!!! I've had to go back multiple times since for various bent rims. I figured it was just bad luck but after speaking with non-Al related wheel experts we realized that what he FAILED to mention to me in the beginning is--- once you mill the wheels down to fix the outside cosmetic lip- you're taking material away and weakening the integrity of the rim---so the more I find myself there for repairs- the more frequently I'm going back for even more repairs- its QUITE THE RACKET he has going on there!!! If I had known this I would NEVER had touched my rims. STAY AWAY FROM THE WHEEL NAZI. The guy and his brother next door is an animal with no bedside manners...

Waste a time said to me I wish no one would come her until after 11:00 that he's too busy while he sat there and watch tv..

Called to get an estimate and the jerk on the phone (probably the owner judging by other negative reviews) was extremely condescending and even started insulting me. I'm very surprised this place hasn't shut down yet but don't even waste your time dealing with this unprofessional and extremely arrogant individual.

I knew this place was good ever since Mavis Tires sent them my wheel to repair after they damaged it. Recently had Al's Hubcaps install four new tires and mended the inner dents on all four of my 19" wheels. They used Hunter Road Force balancing to make sure my luxury sport sedan was in best performance. They even did my alignment for about 30% the cost of the dealer. All in all, great work from these guys. Not to mention, they finished my car in one work day during a busy tire repair season!

Al is a sexist racist piece of garbage with delusions of grandeur and the business sense of a 3rd grader,if you want to get ripped off take your car to him
