Al's Auto Body Services stole my handicap placard when my vehicle was towed to their facilities after hours. They also charged me $100 to tow my vehicle 3.6 miles from rt. 9 in front of arirang to their shop on rt. 35 and to add insult to injury they charged me $50 "drying fee" which i never authorized or approved. Avoid this shop at all costs if you would like to avoid being ripped off and robbed. Rude customer service and complete scum.

Als is just one of the best on town. They helped with everything after my accident. Repair is flawless.

I just had my Volkswagon Tiguan repaired at this place and I got it back looking brand spanking new. The talented repair artists here (Chris W. & Domingo) managed to restore it to its original condition. You can't even tell it was hit. I was worried about the paint matching but they assured me that their master painter Domingo had the tools and the talent to match it to perfection. My car actually looks better than before the accident. If you love your vehicle and want the best repair done right, bring it to Al's and let them do their magic. You won't be disappointed. I am one satisfied gal!!!

I bought a car from them I had 2 days with the car and the car caught on fire , they knew they was something wrong with the car but all what they want is to sell the car. Now I will make sure none of my friends buy a car from them .
