BE AWARE: My husband went to NY for a business trip. he stayed there ONE night as we had accomodations for the second night. the hotel charged him two nights. I fought it with my cc company and got the money back but they charged it again I guess because i Lost the case... Im calling the cc company again now. the manager is there a limited time and hard to talk to. he doesnt return calls. DONT TAKE A CHANCE

Price was too high marriott was only fifty dollars more but was sold out, staff looked like he hates life. Blackout curtains are a joke, place is generally dirty and run down. The beds in my room were literally bowed 5 inches in the center, but at least the sheets looked clean.

Flight was canceled and needed to stay close to the airport. As soon as I walked into the room I turned all of the lights on and saw bedbugs. The manager went in to confirm and he didn't give me any issues when I requested to cancel after seeing bed bugs. I ended up going to the Laguardia plaza hotel which was still close to the airport and really nice and clean!!!

East indian guy on the front desk as an asshole. The building is dirty, and the price for the room was bullshit, and kept changing. Called for a room they said there was one available for $145 when I got there, they changed it to $206. Go stay at Blue Moon Boutique in Manhattan (they are more welcoming) This hotel is smells and looks like garbage. I don't know how these guys stay in business. Ran by cheap chinese people cutting corners to make more money and serviced by dirty indian guys who care more about making money than keeping customers happy.

For the price I paid not worth it.. cold water came out the shower had to wait 3 minutes for it to go warm. Wifi terrible. I've had better for less wouldn't come again.
