See Elena, I've been going to her for over a year and she's always making my hair look exactly how I want.

I had been looking to try a new hair salon for the last four months. I kept reading reviews on Yelp about several hair salons in the area but they were inconsistent with their ratings, ranging from 1-5. That is until I stumbled upon Aire Salon. All their ratings were between 4 & 5 and I thought you can't get any better than this. So I called and made my appointment and I couldn't be more impressed with the work Aiko had done for me. She spent the first ten minutes listening to me as I explained my hair situation. (My hair was really bad and all over the place since I didn't have time to care for it as I was in graduate school for the last 3 yrs). She then explained what was causing my hair situation, how she was going to cut it and what color would work best for me. (I had quite a few grays popping up from all the stress of grad school). I was really impressed with her knowledge about hair and scalp issues. I felt really relaxed while she was working on my hair. The place is very cozy and quaint. I am very happy with my new hairstyle and will definitely be returning.

If you and your hair need some big time TLC, this is the place to go to. Not only are they awesome and super talented, but it is such a chill environment, that you can't help it and have to relax.

And if it matters to you, they are super organic, it is all about the love to mother earth (not hippy, but rather hip) with their products.

As far as style and service, Racheal has been doing my hair for years now, and as someone who spent plenty of time working in salons, I can tell you she knows what she is doing.

And Aiko does my beau's hair, she is amazing.

This salon's amazing interior and staff definitely sets it apart from any other! Nothing but love for this hip, new addition to a cozy section of Jersey City.
