I called in for help with my unit and before i could get 2 words out i was told "Cant help you" and was hung up on!

If there is "" NO STAR "" This Air-Wave will be my rating!

They are suppose to pickup my air conditioner in between for pre-season cleaning. They were schedule in between 9am to 12pm. They did not show up in between 9-12 and no call. After that, they do not come at all.

I dealt with Airwave this past summer. Receptionist was very courteous and helpful, their prices were very reasonable and their technicians were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to purchase, service or install an air conditioner! I give them thumbs up!
