Food is good and of large portions. the service is very good. Very attentive staff.

UPDATE:

Gave this place a second try when it wasn't busy (Sunday afternoon). The food was good and so was the service. I've raised my rating upward and will give it another try to see if maybe the first experience I had was an isolated one.

I went there on a Wednesday evening. The place was at about 80% capacity with a steady stream of patrons flowing in and out. We were seated at a large table for 6. Shortly thereafter, we were asked to move to a small table for 2 so the table can be used by a large party. We disregarded the snafu as it wasn't a big deal since we had not started eating.

Seated at our new table, we were not given menus, water nor was our drink order taken for more than 15 minutes. Once we ordered, the food came out in reasonable time. While we were eating we observed that another party of two was seated at our old table. WTF? Another 10 minutes later, the couple (who was already eating) was also re-located to another table.

Service was slow and we had to intercept a bus-boy just to get drink refills. Our waitress was nowhere to be found. The sampler appetizer containing an array of appetizers was excellent. The pita bread was store-bought, not authentic. The chicken shish kebab would have been great if it wasn't too salty. Rice and veggies were very good.

Overall this place is good for takeout because the service is terrible. While we were waiting for our order to be taken, one waitress was working her a$$ off while another was flirting with boys. The staff was also not very pleasant toward us. Being from a different background than the owners and the majority of patrons, it seemed like we were not being treated the same and with the same attentiveness as the other patrons. My wife and I were made to feel very uncomfortable.

The food is of low quality. Very bland and just not very fresh tasting. And I've been there on 3 occasions just to give them the benefit of the doubt. I will absolutely not eat there again. Ahuva's Grill Express is a much better option if you're looking for the quick sandwich, as the Shwarma in their satellite location is far tastier.
