The staff is great! Arthur helped me with an issue and was able to help me in more ways then one. Glad I was able to meet him. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. This is a great place to go !!!!!!

A friend of mine recommended me to get Affinity insurance. I went to their offices and met Arthur Cruz whose service has been amazing since the beginning. He always has been accountable for all my insurance needs. He is very professional and has a human sweet side which I find hard to find in a city like NY.

I wanted to find out about my opportunity to get a health insurance and, by advice of my neighbors, I called Arthur Cruz. Then I met him and everything was so easy. I was very satisfied with his work. His professionalism is no doubt. Arthur was very patient, polite, friendly and totally helpful. He found out all details about my staying in the country and my situation and answered all my questions. He consulted me at all stages of this proces personally snd by phone. Overall I highly recomend to work with Arthur no doubt.

I met with Arthur from Affinity and he was wonderful! He was extremely helpful from beginning to end. He showed a genuine interest in getting what was best for my family and was persistent in finding the answers I needed. He was very knowledgeable and answered and question or concern that I had. I am very grateful for all his help!
