Deysi Feliz is an excellent representative. She was very informative and explained all aspects of the health plan in depth. She answered all of my questions . Her customer service skills are exceptional. I was very pleased with the entire process.

Ms. Fatou was extremely nice and poised as worked with me to find the plan that will fit me well. She explained thoroughly and made sure I understood before moving forward. My overall experience at Affinity has been nothing but wonderful!
