I agree with the two prior reviews! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! My family has been clients here for over 10 years and purchased many pair of glasses and contacts here. Today I was misled by Marlene that my change of prescription to my eyeglasses would be covered by my insurance. When I got home and realized, only 15 minutes later, that my glasses were not at all covered, I called to cancel. I was told I could not cancel and if I did I would have to pay a 40 % penalty. The charges were very high and are unaffordable for my family at this time. I received no consideration, no help, no care. I have never been treated this way before by a " health care provider". I will never use this office again and urge everyone to stay away.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The Neanderthal behind the counter was rude to my wife, myself, and refused to assist my daughter with obtaining a re-order for lenses.
All this after being a regular customer for 10 years and spending literally thousands of dollars over the years on eyewear/exams/contacts for myself and family.

This place is awful. The blonde woman who works there is rude and a crook. She wouldn't let us cancel a debit payment for eyeglasses even though it was within 24 hours, stating that she had warned us there would be a 40% charge if we used a debit card, which she never said. They also charge an extra 5% if you use MasterCard.

Beyond that she feels it is her job to lecture people on their life choices and lie about online alternatives rather than just sell them glasses. We will not be returning here.
