Good prices, im a contractor and get a lot of supplies here. They have tons of fittings and parts, and carry boilers ect... in stock. Call before you go, sometimes the wait is very long.

- Terrible #45789

Always on the loud speaker/ intercom that rings throughout the neighborhood starting at 8AM each day. I know a guy named Sean works there(and Sonny), they are constantly calling for him. I wish they would invest in walkie-talkies.

At the Bed-Stuy location on Lafayette Ave, they know their stuff! Not exactly customer service oriented, but you can get legit plumbing supplies here that earn you only a blank stare at Home Depot. They had exactly the radiator valve I needed in stock and located it quickly.
