I love the GYN/OBGYN staff and the doctors, I did my prenatal care here and Dr Henry is the best!!! He delivered me a beautiful healthy baby girl, he's very professional !!! I love coming here my daughter pediatrician is also here and you NEVER wait long to see the doctor..

From the security guards to the clerks...one word...disgusting. I have been to several AC sites and the daytime staff is much nastier than the evening staff. The Lindenwood center is the worst of them, I don't even know how they manage to stay open at this point. Im surprised the state has not put them out of business by now. I had a receptionist skipped my name on the appt sheet twice to let two different patients ahead of me for no reason. Then pretented it was the doctors fault, when the doctor told us what he had done. I waited a whole hour and half to be seen because the receptionist wanted to be spiteful to me. Do not go to this center you will regret it.

My my my, where do I begin with this ghetto infested facility. Before I get started on the ineffectiveness and unprofessionalism of most of the staff, let me speak about the negligence of Lindenwood Medical Center.

My daughter was supposed to receive rounds of vaccinations at fifteen months old and 18 months old. When my wife called to make the appointment, they told her to bring my daughter in on June, when she would be 23 months old. At her appointment, the doctor asked why we waited so long to bring her in when she's behind on her vaccines. That's what we were told. I guess we have ourselves to blame for fully entrusting LWMO with properly handling our daughter's vaccination schedule. But how about the notifications or friendly reminders that any run-of-the-mill dental office or medical office would send? If your specialty "is to focus care on the needs of your patients and partner with them in their pursuit of better health," then why can't you send a postcard reminder or even some type of automated messaging system that reminds patients of upcoming appointments? My daughter has been out here unvaccinated for 9 months and it's due to LWMO's failure in properly notifying us.

Now, let me speak on the staff, especially the receptionists that work in Pediatrics. I will never step foot in that facility, and it's not just because of their mishandling of my daughter's vaccines, but because I never want to see another receptionist eating fried chicken while tending to patients. As if that wasn't despicable enough, they also openly use curse words when complaining about each other in front of kids. Just outright disgusting.

The pediatrician in this center is the most rude person you could ever meet.
The staff will set up new patients to full and most of the times at the end of the shifts so the pediatrician will always give u an attitude.
The first AND last time i went there I got yelled by the pediatrician who said "WHY DID U SCHEDULE SO LATE IN THE DAY!" Mind you its the staff that schedules you.
I had to walk out of there in the middle of the checkup.
The pediatrician (who should b kid friendly) is the most rude person and gave me an attitude on why i didnt have all my papers n information with me (even after i talked and asked the staff to transfer records from my son's old Dr.and they said they would as I couldnt do it myself , they needed the new Dr to do it and request it )
The pediatrician ignores you when u talked and just sits there in front of her computer "supposedly" putting all the information (we were new patients what information besides hight, weight n temp could she have?) and this took almost 30 minutes of awkward sitting in the room w my son waiting for the pediatrician to even say HI or acknowledge us.
And the nurse who was going to give my son the shots.. walked in n dumped the tray of the vaccines on the table with a total attitude like we were forcing her to do her job.
I was not going to allow my son to get vaccinated by someone like that who would obviously hurt him.
NEVER EVER GO THERE FOR PEDIATRIC CARE..
STAY AWAY FROM HERE..
if u care for your child go and find urself a real pediatrician and some place that they treat u with some dignity and respect, even better some place that will treat ur child with the same care you would.
