I've been there for 10 years now - Have only had one problem, and the one time I did have a problem the doctor had adressed it immediatly. This is a great place, so clean, and friendly. I don't know why you wouldn't want to go here!

I recently had a eye exam and I was given the wrong script, I had to return a second time and was billed for their error. The second script that I was given was also wrong. I had to go to another Doctor too finally get the correct script. When I was waiting in the office the second time,I also notice other patients with issues with their script and eye wear.
