I totally agree with the other reviewers. There is no accountability, no transparency,no timelines, I have been waiting for a reimbursement check. I spoke to them about a little less than 2 months ago and I was told that the check is being processed as we speak. The person told me that I will get a phone call from them in 48 hours!!!. Nothing happened. I called again and the person could not figure out what reimbursement I am talking about. She just made up the answer and told me that it may take 60 days to process the check.

Garbage people, I wonder who the dumb head is managing this business.
