Where do I start Vincent sold me the car, it was such a breeze...The TLX I wanted was sold out but Ali (the manager) and Vincent did what ever they could to get me the exact one I had my heart set on! Vincent even made sure I had the TLX the following day! He was off that day and still came in to hand me the keys and congratulate me... One of the nices teams I had ever worked with pleasant, professional, and extremely devoting... Thanks again to the whole staff looking forward to having my services done at Wayne Accura!

I worked with Ali, the sales manager. I got COSTCO price, so there was no negotiation. The process was simple, took just one visit to buy my car.
After about 4 months I went for my first service. I was treated well and car is good as well. I did get the all weather mats for my car at employee price.
I would say you will have a pleasant experience with this dealer. Ali especially goes beyond his call of duty to make sure his customers are happy.
