One of my benefits through Aetna insurance is if I fill out a health assessment thru Active Health I would get $75.00 deposited in a incentive account with Wage Works. My wife and myself did our assessments 12/22/14 and have not received nothing yet. Last month 6/29/15 I finally got a hold of someone that did more than that there were other cases like this of people from my company that had the same issue like the previous times i called. She filled a incident inquiry and gave me a incident number, and told me someone would respond in and couple of days. I called again on 7/6/15 and the gentlemen said the same thing that he would forward it again to technical support and someone would respond in a couple of day. It is now 7/29/15 and I received no responses, so I called told to a supervisor, he gave me a number of technical support, so I called them and they told me that it was sent the level 2 support team earlier is morning and 8am and I would get and answer in the next couple of days. I not going to hold my breath on that answer...
