If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was really shocked at how rude and unprofessional the staff was. I explained when I placed our request for a courier that this was urgent and was told that a messenger would be here soon. We are in Westchester County so it shouldn't take three hours to get here, which it did. They kept blaming it on the weather (by the way the blizzard was yesterday) We had several deliveries made that were placed after this request that had no problem getting here. My feeling is that they were not honest about whether or not they could honor our time constraint and instead of being honest they kept lying about it. I called for an update twice because I kept being told that the messenger would be here in a few minutes but the hours kept on passing. I was asked, with a nasty attitude, how many times was I going to call. Really? This was important and they weren't being up front about the time frame. And when I call to ask, this is the answer I get? Never again. And if you are looking for a fast, reliable service, stay far away from this one. Far Away...
